Boat donations are easy to make through many legitimate charities that accept various types of transportation donations such as auto, truck, plane, and RV's. Offered by generous philanthropists, such a gift can provide a significant amount of funding for a charity. Those who have a watercraft they never use, or are considering for a trade-in on a newer one can make a much needed contribution to any charity that appeals to their sense of concern. Most charities accept donated watercrafts from all states and will accept a gift in almost any condition. Charities do prefer that boat donations be accompanied with a legal title, but some will work with the owner if there is no longer a title available.
