GAP Ministries is one of the largest non-profit, residential children's homes in Tucson, Arizona. Our mission is to help young people become capable, caring, Christian adults by sharing Christ love for them and providing them a home and a hope for the future.

GAP Ministries is located NW Tucson area, we currently have 10 homes that provide loving care for children who have been abused or neglected. We provide a safe place for children to grow physically, spiritually, and academically and learn to honor God. We take children from 0-18 years of age.

GAP Ministries is seeking couples as well as individuals who have a heart for children and are called to the ministry of caring for young people. We have an excellent salary package that includes health benefits for fulltime, a 403b investment program and living expenses for some positions.
