Watersprings Ranch is a tax-exempt, non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization providing residential housing for children in need. The Ranch currently has five group homes and serves forty boys and girls. The homes, the Ranch office, recreation center and learning center are located within a beautiful one hundred ten acre setting on the border of Southwest Arkansas and North East Texas.

Watersprings Ranch is currently looking for a committed, growing Christian couple who feels the Lord is leading them into full-time ministry. The job requires high energy and excellent organizational skills. Necessary training is provided, as well as, a competitive base pay, a regular schedule with days off and vacation.
