How do I download the clipart or photo?
  1. Right click on the clipart or photo.
  2. Select "Save Picture As" from the menu.
  3. Click the "Save" button.

Cursor FAQs

How do I download and install a cursor?
  1. Download a cursor by right clicking on the image and then select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" and save into your Windows cursor folder which is usually: C:\Windows\Cursors.
  2. From the "Start" menu open the Control Panel by clicking "Settings" and then click "Control Panel".
  3. Double-click on the Mouse icon.
  4. Select the tab labled Pointers.
  5. Click "Normal Select" then select Browse.
  6. Find the replacement cursor in the list and select it.
  7. Click on Open and then click on Apply.

Screensaver FAQs

How do I download a screensaver?
  1. Click on the screensaver you wish to download.
  2. Save As box should open automatically.
  3. Click the "Save" button.
  4. Run the screensaver you just downloaded and it will install automatically.
After downloading the free screensaver, how do I change to another screensaver?
To change your selected screensaver:
  1. Right click on your desktop and select properties.
  2. Select the Screensaver tab.
  3. In the Screensaver area, select the screensaver you want.

Wallpaper FAQs

How do I download a wallpaper?
  1. Click on the wallpaper you wish to download.
  2. Right click on the wallpaper image.
  3. Select "Save Image As" from the menu.
  4. Save the image into your "My Pictures" folder on your hard drive.
  5. Right click on your desktop and select properties.
  6. Select the Desktop tab.
  7. In the background area, select the wallpaper you just dowloaded or click the "Browse" button and find it.
  8. Select "Center" from the Position dropdown box.
  9. Select the color that matches the background of the wallpaper.
  10. Click the "Apply" button.
After downloading the free wallpaper, how do I change to another wallpaper?

Ecard FAQs

I can't hear the music on my E-CARD.
 If you don't already have MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) Plug-In software installed on your computer, you can download Media Player for free at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer.

How do I get the password for my e-card?
 You only have an e-card password if you have an e-mail telling you to pick up a card and it includes a password.

My friend sent me an e-card but I did not get the email with the password.
 Be sure to check in your "Bulk" or "Junk" folder if you have one. Yahoo and Hotmail accounts are known to randomly place emails in those folders instead of your INBOX folder. If the email address was entered correctly, you should receive a reminder email 10 days after the original email.

My e-card password doesn't seem to work. INVALID E-CARD PASSWORD
 Our system automatically deletes an e-card after 25 days.
