The five disorders are identified as generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, specific phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder. Determining the disorder that an individual has is a very big part of getting the best treatment.

4. It is wise to contact a depression and anxiety treatment center when suffering from this problem.

Depression and disorders of this kind are highly treatable. The first step to finding anxiety relief must be made by the individual experiencing depression. There are many helpful resources available on the Internet.

5. Scripture tells us not to worry, but to pray.

Philippians 4:6 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
